This service aims to provide help and support to people living with a serious mental illness during their recovery process. We encourage the person’s own ability to find solutions and support them during the implementation of these solutions. We also help to develop a social and community network focused on maintaining their well-being.

Admission Requirements        

  • Francophone adults aged 16 and over living with a severe mental health disorder
  • Great difficulty in living in the community because of frequent hospitalizations
  • Functional limitations that could or that do make it difficult to live in the community
