In addition to its Service Access to Recovery, a service that refers clients to various addiction services in the Champlain region (Ontario), Montfort Renaissance offers a range of services in withdrawal management and residential stabilization. These services are part of the pre-treatment period in order to support people with addictions in their recovery journey.
Psychosocial Rehabilitation and Clinical Services (PRCS) programs focus on the individuals, their self-determination and belief in their own potential for undertaking a hopeful recovery process.
Our Housing services include various programs that focus on providing people at risk of homelessness both housing and the support services they require in order to keep their housing and increase their autonomy. These services are primarily intended for people living or having lived in a state of chronic homelessness as well as for people with a severe and persistent mental illness or concurrent disorders.
Montfort Renaissance offers, in French, a wide range of services for seniors in the Ottawa region, so that they may continue to be part of their community for as long as possible.
With a team of more than 160 employees, dedicated and passionate about delivering a full range of integrated services through more than twenty programs, Montfort Renaissance is proud to make a difference in the lives of more than 7,000 clients, thereby contributing to the improvement of the well-being of those who are among the most vulnerable in the community.
