A well-deserved retirement

Ottawa – Message from Roger Régimbal, Chair of the Board of Directors

I am writing to you today on behalf of the Board of Directors (“Board”) of Montfort Renaissance, with great emotion, to share an important announcement.

Our Executive Director, Jeanne-Hélène Tardivel, has decided to head into retirement next spring after 20 years of dedicated service to Montfort Renaissance.

We wish to acknowledge, with deep gratitude, her exceptional vision and unwavering commitment, which have been the pillars of our growth and success.

Thanks to her inspiring leadership, we have grown from a small team of three to a thriving organization, accredited with honours and offering safe, quality services by 170 team members to over 7,000 clients every year. Her ability to look beyond immediate challenges and chart a clear course for the future has been a constant source of motivation for us all.

Her humanity and empathy have created a work environment at Montfort Renaissance where everyone feels valued and supported. Her courage in the face of challenges and her determination to always strive for excellence have inspired us to give our very best.

The Board has already embarked on a rigorous selection process to find her successor. Under Jeanne-Hélène’s leadership, the current management team, a solid and experienced team, is fully committed to maintaining the stability and success of Montfort Renaissance during this transition period.

Jeanne-Hélène, in addition to being a tireless champion of French-language services, has left an indelible mark on the organization of healthcare services in the Ottawa region.
