Our employees have the possibility to acquire skills and knowledge in the field that allow them to advance in their career internally. Similarly, we are always looking to improve by developing new programs and services that meet the needs of our clients. We also have various partnerships with colleges and universities in the region and we are happy to participate in the training of students by providing them with an enriching, stimulating, innovative and francophone environment in which they can develop their skills. When it comes to our volunteers, they can contribute in many ways, including through friendly visits and support for activities and clients.
